The Med Star, the last of the Intershipping boats is on its way to the strait. It arrived there from a Greek shipyard where it was undergoing a deep upgrade before starting its activity on the lines connecting Morocco to Spain. "The ferry had to arrive few weeks ago to take the place of the Nova Star, taken over by its owners but it was not until last Monday that we were able to have the sesame of the Greek authorities to go to sea" explains Rachid Chrigui, General Director of Intershipping Company.

Intershipping was recenly present in the WTM (World Travel Market) fair in London, England. The exhibition of the company's products and services was made all along the three days of the fair from the 5th to 7th of November 2018. Many International companies and organizations were also part of this event, where they were grouped depending on their country of origin. In fact, Intershipping was the only Moroccan company present in the fair and representing tourism in Morocco. The fair was a good opportunity for new discoveries and gathering with new potential customers.

Intershipping has participated in the second edition of the International race of Café servers and waiters; in order to encourage that category of employees who have been long forgotten. The event took place on November 10th, 2018 in the Marina Bay of Tangier. Three participants had been the winners of the game who had successfully reached the ending point without falling the tray that carry on three cups and a bottle full of water, coffee and juice.

We had the pleasure to host students and staffs of Dubai Institute of Aviation and Tourism in our Fast ferry DETROIT JET. The students had the chance to get a live exhibition of the life onboard and the essential elements for a usual trip. We shed light on the command post with the captain where he explained the functionality of each parts and security and safety part which is a fondamental matter in the maritime world.
